What are the costs for purchasing promotional products?

There are several costs associated with buying promotional products.  They vary by product.  Most products have a per piece cost, a setup cost and shipping costs associated with them.  There are also a few additional costs that may apply based on the product (proof cost, artwork conversion cost, less than minimum cost, rush cost, etc.)  All costs will be broken down in detail on a customized quote that we will provide you.

That sounds like a lot of costs.  How do I know which ones I need to pay?

The charges that apply differ greatly among all of our thousands of products.  We will provide you with a custom quote that is a guaranteed price before any production begins.  That way you know exactly what you are paying.  

What is a setup cost?

A setup cost is the cost of setting up for customized printing.  This is a fixed cost that applies per product and does not vary based on the order size.

What is your minimum order size?

The minimum order size depends on the product ordered.  Most can be ordered in quantities of 250 and several can even be ordered in quantities of 50 or 100.  There are a few products in which we can do less than the minimum amount, although a fee may apply.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payment by check or credit card.

Can I order blank products (without any printing)?

Yes.  Most of our items are available blank (if you have your own screen printer).  The price is usually the same, but there would be no set-up or proof costs?

Can I order apparel in different sizes?

Absolutely.  You can mix and match any combination of sizes, although a fee may apply for sizes 2XL and up.

I need my products as soon as possible.  Do you offer a rush service?

Most products have a 5-10 business day lead time to delivery.  In some cases, we can offer a rush service to get the products to you faster.  Please call us at (614)484-1997 to inquire about rush services.

You had quoted me a product 6 months ago.  Why has the pricing changed?

Most of our quotes are good for 30 days from the quote date, unless noted on the quote.  Occasionally the cost of raw materials and products does fluctuate, which may cause the price of products to move up and down.  We will do our best to accommodate any changes on a case-by-case basis.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

If your order is shipped to an Ohio address, you will be charged the applicable sales tax by county.  If your organization is tax exempt, a valid tax exemption number will need to be provided at the time of ordering.
